Our Policy

Please be advised that bookings are by appointment only as we schedule time to dedicate to each of our clients. A credit card is required at time of booking, used for a deposit that will be applied to your service. A deposit of 40% of the service is required to secure your appointment. We accept cash and all major credit cards for service payments. We ask that gratuity be cash only.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that your schedule can change and alterations to your appointments may be necessary. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred one time only. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in deposit being forfeited and a new deposit must be made for a new appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled directly from your confirmation email, within 24 hours. Please arrive to your appointment on time, arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. If you are running late to your appointment, I strongly encourage you to contact us directly by phone 267.679.4320 and leave a message if necessary. There is a 15 minute grace period, anything over 15 minutes may result in cancellation and deposit will be forfeited. Multiple tardiness, reschedules, cancellations, or no-shows will result in loss of all future scheduled appointments. You will be required to prepay for your next service. Thank you!

No Show Policy:

If an appointment is cancelled on the same day or is a “no show”, 50% of the service value will be charged. This policy is in place so that we can efficiently manage our waitlist and accommodate all of our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding.

Post COVID-19 Policy:

In light of recent events, some updated policies & procedures that will be in effect:

  • Please arrive to your appointment alone. No guests will be allowed.
  • If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.
  • A mask that protects your nose and mouth must be worn during your time of service. Please bring your own mask. Your lash technician will be wearing a mask as well.
  • You will be required to sanitize/wash your hands and lashes upon arrival.
  • Contactless payment is encouraged — we accept Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, Zelle and Tap-and-Go credit cards.
  • Please let us know if you are feeling ill, your appointment can always be rescheduled.
